PayPal charges a 2.9% fee.    —    A payment of $3,200.00 will result in PayPal fees of $92.80
US Postal Money Order charges a $1.10 ($0.01 - $500.) and $1.50 ($500.01 - $1,000) — (Total fee = $5.60 for a $3200 pym.)
